Rental and Lease Agreements

A written rental agreement is the foundation of the relationship between the landlord and resident. It specifies the rights and responsibilities of both parties and include specific information and disclosures required by law.

CAA offers a number of different rental agreements suitable for use in California: a month-to-month agreement, fixed term lease, renewal agreements, large print agreements and Spanish language agreements.
