The number of residents 60 years of age or older has increased over the past decade.

Puneet Singh received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in 2001. She is the founder and Managing Partner at PKS Law Group, P.C. Prior to starting her own law practice, she served as a Managing Partner of the Northern California offices of a statewide real estate law firm for fifteen years.
Marc-Anthony Yakou, Associate Attorney, PKS Law Group, P.C.
Marc-Anthony Yakou received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2011. In 2014 he received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University and was admitted to the State Bar of California shortly thereafter. Marc-Anthony began his career focusing on public interest law and served as the elder law outreach attorney with Legal Aid of Sonoma County.
